As a certified mediator, I offer a unique service to the agricultural world. I am registered with the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Standards (AMDRAS) and possess an extensive understanding of many aspects of the agricultural industry.
My primary purpose is to mediate and facilitate meetings bringing to the table my industry experience and knowledge.
What is Mediation?
It is a valuable method to negotiate with all parties at the table willing to resolve a situation. Most of the time, mediation can involve professionals who would charge exorbitant fees and take a long time to reach a harmonious solution.
My history has told me that the people who can bring about the best solution is yourself, especially since you’re the one who fully understands the situation and its circumstances.
A proper mediation process involves a facilitator that offers a safe area to discuss difficult situations between parties. Although facilitators have plenty of experience in this aspect, you will be the one who comes up with a solution, not them.
A facilitator’s primary purpose is to guide the discussion toward a productive result. If both parties agree to provide a Mediation Agreement at the end of the mediation, then they must also be willing to sign it.
